This program is part of our ambitious push to build capacity, offer mentorship and develop knowledge in customer success operations and it seeks to train up to 10 graduates over the next one year.
Upon finishing, the 6-month program will offer successful trainees an opportunity to work at Kwara’s Customer Success Department so they can launch a career in fintech!
